Keyword - On Web search engines, these are words that you type into the search form, or search "window," to search the Web for pages or sites that contain your keyword and information related to it. May also apply to internet filters which search for and block select key words.

Kbps - Kilobits per second, a measure of data transmission or network speed equaling 1,000 bits per second. (Not to be confused with KBps, which stands for kilobytes per second.)

Kiosk - A small, stand-alone structure found on college campuses, in shopping malls, etc., which provides directories and other public information by means of a computer display and keyboard or touch screen.
